The App enables Clients to request car transport services and view service details.

1.2

You must be of legal age to use the App or have obtained the necessary consent from your legal guardian to do so.

2.1

To access the full functionalities of the App, Clients are required to create a user account.

2.2

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and any activities conducted through your account are your responsibility.

3.1

Clients may request car transport services through the App by providing accurate and complete information about the vehicle, pick-up, and drop-off locations.

3.2

By making a service request, you agree to pay the agreed-upon service fees as specified in the App.

4.1

While the Company will make reasonable efforts to provide the car transport services, service availability is subject to factors such as location, demand, and driver availability.

4.2

The Company does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the App or services.

5.1

Clients shall make payments for the car transport services through the App using the available payment methods.

5.2

Payment processing may be facilitated by third-party payment providers, and the Company shall not be responsible for any issues arising from such transactions.

6.1

Clients may cancel transport requests through the App before the designated pick-up time, subject to the Company's cancellation policy.

6.2

Refunds for cancellations will be governed by the Company's refund policy.

7.1

Clients may provide ratings and feedback on the service provided by the Driver through the App.

7.2

The Company may use this feedback to assess the Driver's performance and service quality.

8.1

Clients shall use the App and request services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Clients shall treat Drivers with respect and not engage in any behavior that may endanger or harm the Driver or others.

9.1

The Company will collect, store, and process Client data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available within the App.

9.2

By using the App as a Client, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

10.1

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by the Company.

10.2

CLients shall not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the App without the Company's explicit consent.

11.1

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice to Clients.

11.2

Continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice to Clients.

13.1

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Regina City in Saskatchewan, Canada.

13.2

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Regina City in Saskatchewan, Canada.
