Ezryder Driver

To use the App as a Driver, you must complete the registration process, which may include providing personal information, driver's license details, and vehicle information.

1.2

You must be of legal age and hold a valid driver's license to register as a Driver on the App.

2.1

By accepting a car transport service request through the App, you agree to provide the requested service promptly and efficiently.

2.2

You acknowledge that you are an independent contractor and not an employee or agent of the Company.

3.1

As a Driver, you are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle used for transportation is in good working condition, meets all legal requirements, and is safe for passenger transport.

3.2

You must maintain adequate insurance coverage for your vehicle as required by applicable laws and regulations.

4.1

Drivers have the right to accept or decline car transport service requests based on their availability and other factors.

4.2

Once a service request is accepted, you agree to fulfill the request to the best of your abilities, subject to any unforeseen circumstances.

5.1

Drivers shall receive payments for the car transport services provided through the App.

5.2

Payment processing may be facilitated by third-party payment providers, and the Company shall not be responsible for any issues arising from such transactions.

6.1

Drivers may cancel accepted service requests if necessary but they must notify the Company and the Customer promptly.

6.2

Excessive cancellations by a Driver may result in suspension or termination of their access to the App.

7.1

Customers may provide ratings and feedback on the Driver's service through the App.

7.2

The Company may use this feedback to assess the Driver's performance and service quality.

8.1

Drivers shall use the App and provide services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Drivers shall conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner with Customers.

9.1

The Company will collect, store, and process Driver data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available within the App.

9.2

By using the App as a Driver, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

10.1

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by the Company.

10.2

Drivers shall not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content from the App without the Company's explicit consent.

11.1

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without notice to Drivers.

11.2

Continued use of the App after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

13.1

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Regina City in Saskatchewan, Canada.

13.2

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Regina City in Saskatchewan, Canada.
