Passengers:
You can cancel a ride at any time before the driver arrives at your pickup location. Once the driver has arrived, a cancellation fee may apply.
Drivers:
Drivers can cancel a ride request at any time before arriving at the pickup location without incurring any penalties.
Passengers:
Standard Cancellation Fee:
If you cancel a ride after the driver has accepted your request but before they arrive at the pickup location, a cancellation fee may apply.
No Show Fee:
If you do not show up at the pickup location within 8 minutes after the driver's arrival and do not cancel the ride, a no-show fee may apply.
The cancellation fee amount may vary based on the specific circumstances, such as the time of cancellation, distance traveled by the driver, and market conditions. The exact fee will be displayed to the passenger at the time of cancellation.
No Show Fee:
If a passenger fails to show up at the pickup location within a reasonable time after the driver's arrival (usually 8 minutes), a no-show fee may be charged to compensate the driver for their time and effort.
Refunds:
If you believe a cancellation fee was charged in error or due to extenuating circumstances, please contact our customer support team within 48hrs to request a refund review.
Driver Safety:
Passengers are encouraged to prioritize safety when requesting a ride. Drivers have the right to cancel a ride or refuse service if they feel their safety is compromised or if the passenger violates our community guidelines.
We reserve the right to review and update this cancellation policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to users through our app or website.
Please note that frequent or excessive cancellations by passengers or by driver may lead to temporary or permanent suspension of their account.
